naff all worth talking about in weight loss this week, though I kinda new that, I havent really been out and about walking due to having {ooober bad cold sores}

Well the positive is that even with the lack of exercise, you haven't put anything back on, so I still think you've done well.

Was just thinking you should've gone out in a balaclava - then I realised that people would still be able to see the coldsore.....but at least they wouldn't know who's face it was on

I guess with not walking I had not expected to lose much this week,

but like you say, at least I have not gained,
