Me! I've lost a stone and a half since getting Zena 14 months ago, she's walked the socks off me, and now she's got me running around an agility club, so I expect there'll be a lot more coming off, although I'm happy with what I am now a nice size 12 or even a 10 if I'm lucky in some shops!

Not only the weight, but my cholesterol has now come down from 7 to 6.3, and my blood pressure has plummeted down to 112 over 64 and that's gotta be good!!!

I feel fitter and healthier than I have for years, but for how long I can keep this up at my age I really don't know, but hopefully, she'll start slowing up soon (one can live in hope!!! )

When I got Dennis (now 4) I lost about a stone or so.
Since I got Bill I've lost another 6lb - not through extra exercise (he's not going out yet) just through worry and not having time to eat !!!

I lost a stone when I 1st got Skye as a pup, partly through running around after her and partly through not having time to eat myself.
I've now got Skye's 11week old daughter, Star, so we'll see if I loose weight with her, so far though she's a really good girl and I don't have to chase around trying to catch her or get things off of her like I did her mother!

Unfortunately not! I walk about an hour and a half per day since having my 2 but I eat more because I get hungrier!

me, me,me,!!!! I have lost over a stone since getting Tilly in January 2009. I was stuck at 10 stone 2 & am now a very nice 8 stone 12 Even though I'm back working 3 days a week in an office "lard a*rse" job, I haven't put the weight back on & I can eat enough chocolate for England - soooo happy & I love our walks I feel so much healthier.
