Grass

hey guys,well after the dogs performace in the garden yesterday we have been forced into the gardening,i have been putting it off since we moved in.
our grassed area is full of pot holes so we are going to start again,i have heard that there are types of grass that are more durable and better suited to people with dogs but i dunno im not much of a gardener,can any body reccomend a brand for me please?

Any of the blends which contain rye grass are good for high traffic areas and withstand play quite well.This is often sold as 'general purpose' grass seed and is the cheapest of all the blends.Johnsons is a good brand to look out for in gardening centres/DIY sheds.

Do avoid though the 'Canada green' brand cause it aint as good as it makes itself out to be..
