Seriously, I do wonder at how Ideal World can possibly get away with such terrible service.

Losos, i think the way they get away with it is the fact you can't speak to anyone English...not wanting to sound racist but the call centre is in India and trying to make the problem clear is next to useless, it also costs 30p a minute with calls lasting a minimum of 10 minutes, even email contact goes to the same place as the responses you get are in poor English and make little sense, several people have contacted watchdog but they don't take up the story...poor way tto run a business really

That is diabilical so that means every time you call them you pay £3 well I object to paying 3p on a phone call so there's no way I would ever use them. I must thank you for bringing this horrible company to my attention. I have a file for internet scams each one has it's section, so I think they can go in there under firms never to deal with

To be honest losos i have bought from them a few times and never had a bother but this has been a real eye opener, some of the phone numbers are more expensive than that! It has cost me at least £6 in phone calls

One company was fobbing me off HARVEY,so I used the line said goodbye and put the phone down.2 minutes later they rang back and I got sorted immediately How would they know my hubby is a builder and has no idea what length his legs are!!

Bet your hubby loved that, men are strange when it comes to clothes shopping, my son knows his size ect but doesn't half take ages shopping lol his girlfriend has that joy now

MANDY,I did advise him to try clothes on but I may as well be talking to Lacey It'll be fine,I'll go on Thursday night and change them( late opening )Left him to roam while I was in the underwear department,could spend my life in there
