June your weather for tomorrow sounds like we have had today loads of rain this morning but gale force winds which are fetching large boughs off trees. Lynn, i don't beleive for one minute they have been nicked, i will tell you for why, in my account details it shows the replacement order numbers but no more detail than that, all the other orders show delivery address's etc, i firmly believe they haven't been sent and i won't be getting my next replacement as they are now £120 more than we paid!

No expert GRIFF but unless the company has worded the price rise rules in some document to you then I doubt they have a leg to stand on You bought said item at said price and are fully entitled to a replacement,stand your ground woman!!
