Laney ruptured 2cruciates in one leg and tore his cartilage, he wasn't great for a few months after surgery and i just said to the vet "well if the leg needs off that's fine" he was laughing as people normally freak out, dex cat has done fantastically well as an amputee, all the vets at the vets conference fell in love with him, had his piccie in one of the Birmingham papers!
I thought it was a repeat of the super vet when i saw the black kitty...watched it again

Phew... what a night, seem to have been on the phone most of it. Finally got girly brekkies done and in the bath. Ive not seen that Supervet episode before, would have remembered about the lurcher, how lucky was he that he got his op done free for the rescue, says a lot about Mr Fitzpatrick that does. My vets do free neutering for the local rescues, but the op on the lurcher was a heck of a lot more than that. Well you've all gone up the wooden hill to Bedfordshire, so night to anyone not asleep already
