Floppy Ears

My Northern Inuit puppy Kira's ears have gone floppy
She is just over 9 weeks old and for the past 2 weeks her ears have been standing up really nicely then the other day 1 went a bit floppy now just tonight the other one has went floppy?
I was just wondering if anyone else with dogs whos ears are meant to stand up has had this happen?

Not an expert in your breed, but I know that puppy ears are a constant source of amazement/frustration/worry/amusement. Ears change, and change, and change. They can fly, prick, droop, as fast as the weather changes. Teething certainly can affect ear carriage. I would suggest that you contact a breed expert and find out if you need to do anything at this stage to ensure a good ear set. It is probably a wait & see situation.

I agree with SB: I have a cairn when he was a puppy one ear was up one was floppy, next month, it changed to the other ear!

One stage both were down, now he has two perfect pricked ears.

Give it time, dont worry

They'll go up and down for a while yet. Normally after 6/7 months old, they start to stay upright.

GSD pups ears do this, up, down, meeting in the middle, they will eventually go up and stay up.

thanks everyone
I was just starting to get a bit worried as her ears were looking really good then they went floppy again
She's still young though so she still has plenty time for her ears to go up again
I just have to let them do there own thing and try not to worry
