well that wasnt to bad really,went on my restraint training,was a right giggle till the BIG instructer fell on my stomache ouch!!!!
I pinned a big 6ft 15 stone male theres no messing with me know

Oh here's the point when I start to sound odd .

First of all may I say that I'm quite a normal person but I work in a funeral directors!!

So if anybody who came through my door needed restraining I have to say I'd be the 1st one running for the exit

yeah think i would run too,i work with adults with learnin dissabilities and challenging behaviour all males,sum of them are real big guys and me being only 5ft makes me and easy target,many times ive been chsed around the halls by one of them lol funny when i look back but really scarey at the time.
