I don't know if I should be work on the principal if it ain't broke don't fis it.

I find (having cats too) that dried cat food works the hard little biscuitthings. Dogs adore 'em they are light and don't melt/greaseetc in your pocket.

and make sure you have BIG pockets or a training pouch/bag -
I had an embarressing episode where I pulled out a treat and the whole lot of them flew out across the ring :oops: :oops: :lol:

lol...i had hole in jacket pocket i didnt know about....walked up and down the mat...and yep you guessed it...was like hansel and grettle sausages all way down mat lol....oh and ffats...hoovering them up en route....

I have never handled a breed in the ring who didn't need setting up. So this baiting is new to me. Its taking longer for me to learn than it if for Tamino.
