Is there anyway you could set up a webcam/video camera of some sort so you can se why/when she does it?
Just because you don't think someone winds her up you never know do you?

Hi Jeanette just a though but where does Luna eat her Kong? Could it be on the carpet? Maybe the carpet got impregnated with the smell of food from the Kong so that is why she was trying to eat it.

when I think about that Mini, Star digs at the carpet if she has dropped some food on it.

Minihaha: well yes it was, as the whole hall was carpeted. I dont know exactly where she's eating the kongs, but they are lying on the floor or in her basket, when I get home...

That's a great thought though and might be the clue we are looking for. And as I always throw a handful of treats on the floor when I leave, there could be crumbs (sp?) from them too. I think someone has mentioned that... Dont remember if it were here or on the danish site. Ta Mini

But overall it seems the carpet was the trigger, so of it went
