Bee sting!

Hi all,
My Chihuahua was stung by a bee earlier today, the sting is still in there there's no way he'll let you go near him to get it out we've tried. He's not swolen and seems to be in no pain. I read we should just leave it if there's no irritation, is this correct or should we take him to a vet? Little he's tried to catch 'em before but this one was walking on lawn.

I might be rong but if he was goin to have a reaction he wud have had it by now but it might be worth ringing you vet as its near his nose. anywhere near their airways can be dangerous.

If it's still in it needs to come out, if you can't get it out then he needs to see a vet. x
