Twist - Border Collie

Twist has come to Wiccaweys after being saved from Birmingham Dogs Home where he was very close to being PTS. He was going stir crazy in the kennel environment.

Twist is Red & White Tri-colour boy of 2 years, he is very intelligent and he loves to be doing 'stuff'.

Twist is a little wary of men when he first meet them, and he does try to act big and scarey - however once he gets to know them, he is a fuss pot. Twist will retrieve all day given half the chance.

He is good with other dogs, and has made firm friends with Clifford here. They love racing and chasing around the garden and having collie wrestling matches.

Twist has gone to his forever home.

Twist is looking for someone who can help him get over his fear of men. He has obviously been beaten in the past and deals with his fear in the only way he knows how at the moment. He makes a lot of noise and shows his teeth, either that or he grabs a tennis ball to see if they will play.

Twist needs someone who will work with him and understand that this is because he is scared. And yes he looks frightening and nasty at times but then they havent seen him kissing and cuddling the men he trusts and climbing into there laps

We have already seen significant improvements in his behaviour and truly believe he can only go from strength to strength in the right home.

aww i hope he improves and with all your help im sure you will get him over his fears hes absolutely gorgeous and he deserves a new loving home where he can be happy and safe and not have the fear of men
