Hi Laura

Brilliant photos Love the lead in the first photo. Sometimes I feel I need something like that for Star.

Hi Carole,

Thanks for the comments, as for the lead, well it’s a horse leader, I bought it in a tack shop next to the huge Dobbies Garden Centre nr Bearsden for £3 (not sure where in Glasgow you are but perhaps this may be nearby).

You see I go with sense now, I used to have nice fancy leather £20 leads but every time I stopped to speak to somebody Cassy had a bad (and expensive) habit of chewing through them, other leads I have tried from the pet shop just aren’t strong enough especially for Kip as she pulls like a steam train. One day she broke a brand new lead and ran out the front door and attacked my neighbour’s dog. It was one of those puny leads and from that day I have always used strong horse leaders, except for a small Nylon lead I use when I take Cassy to meet people or her brass one which is kept for shows as shown here.

Anyway thanks again.

Laura

(ps you gonna come to the next bull breed meet at Strathclyde Park since your only in Glasgow? Would love to see a Boxer there – widen the variety even more).

I know what you mean about expensive leads. Dont know how many I have gone through.

We are working with Star socialising with strangers as she is very scared of strangers so you never know when she is a bit better we might meet in Strathclyde Park in the future. Im in Govanhill in Glasgow.

Fab pics Laura we never get bored of seein them! I love the BRass lead too! I just got Rocky a similar one, cept its not brass! One of the pavements here is narrow so I need him close to me as I wouldnt want him to step out in the round and get hit by a car..

Awesome pictures!! One of your dogs chewed through leather? I thought it was chew proof!
