Homing Requirements: Lena needs her loving family who are there for her in her latter days. Lena needs an accessible garden without stairs/step access due to the frequency of need. Can you offer her a quiet life with companionship and love? Her family need to have the patience to offer an elderly frail dog with a very slow walking pace full attention to support her continence. Lena had a full health check and dental; she is not on medication though has just finished a course of antibiotics. Lena can live with dog respecting cats and respectful other dogs.

Her Story: Lena was found stray as a frail little old lady. Lena was already neutered, has had a full dental with removal of septic teeth, is chipped and fully vax'd. Currently in foster with cats and 2 lurchers in East Grinstead, West Sussex.

Advert: Lena walks with dignity and an invisible zimmer frame. She lifts her head up to catch your eyes and smiles through her eyes. She meets other dogs with adoring good gesture and perks up on encounter. She meets people with adoration. She needs easy access to a garden and to be lifted into and out of a car as she could do herself damage attempting to jump down. Ideally to live in a ground floor flat or bungalow as stairs are too much for her but she wants to be close to her companion.

Lena is a frail elderly whitening brindle Staffie who could be 14-15 years old. She is tiny in stature and shaky in her walking. She needs regular visits to the garden to promote & assist her housetraining. Lena sees well but her hearing is impaired. Cherish her heart she is a treasure to behold and hold.

Please note that this dog is currently in boarding kennels and is also available for foster until a 'forever' home is found.
