Pad problem

Hi

I have noticed in the past week that Mitsu's pads look like they are being squashed out to the side. They dont look right. Could she have a fungal problem.

She has short toes on her front feet so i thought her pads may be ajusting to her feet, but her pads look starnge on her back feet too.

Also they look kind of furry on the pads like a fungus!

please can someone help!!!!

caz x

Has she stood in her own urine when shes had a wee? Urine can make dogs pads inflamed.

Try rubbing surgical spirit on the pads few times a day as this will clean and also toughen up the skin making them less sensitive to bacteria etc.

i dont think she has. I will take her to the vets tomorrow. The problem is she hates her feet being touched she goes insane.

Also she hates the vets too.

It is just so strange. I have never seen anything like this before.
