I'm in pain today
yesterday I knelt down and felt something "go" in my knee, since then I've been in pain I don't want to rush to the Drs so I'm waiting it out with painkillers but I hardly slept last night.I hope everyone else its well x

Off to the to hospital today
Lovely and sunny here, was hoping to get some gardening done, depends how long I am at the bloomin' hospital!!

Theres no way im going to the shops today though - im too embarassed! lol
