Who is your ISP?

It's probably going to cost alot too phone their support line but if you don't know anyone locally who could help i'd suggest giving them a call.

We are with Wanadoo broadband but I don't think it would be any use phoning them anyway because there is nothing wrong with connection because I am using it at the moment - think it is my daughter Laura who is a jinx Well never mind at least it keeps her off dogweb and revealing my secrets and collarborating with Luke
