8 week old female poodle pup. (look at the state she was in )

Tuppence is a gorgeous 8 week old female poodle pup. She has a lot of love to offer! I noticed this little one on the site a few days ago and I wondered if indeed it was a crestie x poodle as a lot of plonkers are breeding this seemingly new designer breed Crestipoo

You could well be right ,,what kinda coats do crestie crosses mostly have???

how on earth does an 8 week old pup get in that sort of condition???
