laura although you have me in tears again i'm glad his last day was a extra special one for him.
i hope poppy gets better soon, its not nice losing barn then having the worry again with another, she will adjust it just takes time some times we forget about the bond they had as well as what we had.
i must admit seeing the pic and " i love you" from the kids hit a nerve, we had the boxers cremated and behind the frame their ashes are in is the message we got from the vets and a letter/message from us.
it was our way of putting in words how much we loved and missed them.
i think you will spend many a happy night with barn in his final resting place.
your love will never die for barn its just a different form now but it can never be taken from you.
as for the thread i keep telling you theres no need to thank me..... your a friend and needed support you lost a member of your family in barn if the words have given you comfort thats good enough for me.
thankyou for sharing barn's final days with us, it can't have been easy to write or share with us.
i'm just glad i learnt about a special boy and made a good friend.

What a very special tribute to a very special boy, who has touched all of our hearts. It was so moving that it had me in tears, you shared a wonderful life together and he will live forever in your heart. Thank you for sharing with us all.

Lovely pictures i liked the one where Barney was still asleep on your bed he looked so cute bless him i am so sorry for your loss i dont really know what to say all i can say is you can see you really did love your little Barney.He will alaways be with you in your heart i know all my dogs are.
