Dry shampoo for dogs

My pal has an old dog that is beginning to smell. She asked if there is a dry shapoo product she can use as he has sensitive skin and does not want to be bathing him every week.

Gertie used to leak a bit - I used to get Bob Martins wipes from Tesco (think they were called something like Rub Downs). Definitely helped.

I use bicarbonate of soda on Arran my sheltie, he's not had a bath in over three years and he doesn't smell at all. I rub it dry into his coat, leave it for an hour then brush it out. Arran has a light coloured coat and of course his coat is long, I don't know what it would be like on a short haired dark coat.
