Brilliant news that all the "cave dwellers" have now been rescued and are in hospital.

Glad you had a lovely lunch Griff.

Lynn, wish you luck with that bungalow, did you put a link up and I missed it?

Hi Moyra no I didn't put a link up as it was given to us over the phone. Old river Nene runs along the back of the property.
Not much parking room yellow lines everywhere and I would need a few days to clean before I lived in it. Overpriced to.
She took us to another one not planned quite nice but small garden tight for parking again.

They are so overpriced when i think what our buyers are getting for their money it makes me quite argumentative with the agent.

Good evening all.

Quite a cool day here.

Lynn, are the areas around Skegness out for you? Some lovely little villages and prices are pretty good here

Can I be cheeky and ask what villages my brother and sister in law are thinking of moving that way in a couple of years when their youngest goes to uni. He travels all over the country so their home is simply that home.

The town is surrounded by lovely quiet villages. I'm a bit biased as I love Chapel St Leonards. Mumby and Orby are also nice and get plenty of good comments from those who live there - they are a bit further away from the beaches, but if that isn't a consideration, they are good. There are plenty more that look beautiful, but I don't have personal experience of them. Beacon Park on the outskirts of Skeg itself is popular, but a little more expensive on purchase prices
