Do I need to worry about rabies?

Hi, I am in US. I have a 14 weeks old husky.

Here is the time line of events:

1) On Aug. 5 2017 I bought this puppy, FROM A PRIVATE PARTY, she was 11 weeks old, I don't know much of the dog's history.
2) On Aug. 12, I got her vaccined for rabies.
3) On Aug. 16, Dog started to bite, made a small wound on my foot, bleeding.
4) On Aug. 18, bite on my hand, made a small wound, bleeding.
4) On Aug. 18, visited my doctor, seeking suggestions, he told me better to observe the dog for abnormal behaviors/symptoms.
5) Today is Aug. 29, the dog is alive and looks healthy, and she bite me again!

Can I safely assume the dog has no rabies and I am not transmitted.

Puppies do bite, it is quite a normal phase of behaviour which you are best dealing with by distraction, and by giving her lots of toys and chewable items. We do not have rabies vaccine in the UK, but none of our overseas members have ever voiced any worries about its use. I suggest you ring your vet if you have any questions about its use - the vet nurse should be able to answer your query.
I note that you are in Houston, I hope that you and your puppy are able to remain warm and dry in the dreadful flooding you are experiencing in that area. Best wishes.
