Good dummies?

I have a sprocker, who is the size of a cocker , and I was wondering about getting her a dummy, for a toy and to get her to hunt it down rather than a ball. I do not work her, so I have no idea about things like dummies. Anyway what size do you think I should get her and what are the good types that I should look for?
Thanks.

I prefer a tugger, I can then have a short play as a reward for my dog.

I have found in the past that a lot of dogs don't like dummies and it takes quite some time to get them to accept it. It is finding the right one for them.

Izzy has several tug of war toys. She doesn't like to retrieve them, unfortunately. They are the only type of toy she will ignore unless I pick them up. I had an idea though however-
Makeshift dummies, to see if she will carry them! If these are rejected then I will not get one.
