My 16 month old Japanese Chin has been a humper since she was a puppy, and spaying had no effect. She only humps me and my husband (never visitors or her toys). I tried for awhile to break her of it without much success. I think it's just become an enjoyable habit for her and it does no harm; she isn't doing it constantly!
