How Do We trust?.........

I have trust issues with my boyfriend he's never once done anything to make me untrustworthy of him, i've been with him near 2 years and i feel as if im getting worse, i have low self esteem at times and always feel like he could do better or something.....how do i stop this? because its making things worse and he (understandably) gets annoyed at the fact i freak out over nothing and dont show him any trust, when he deserves it

I think you have realised it your own self worth that is making you question him and I know you are aware that this is not fair on him.
He is with you because he wants to be and if you asked him he would probably say he was the lucky one.
You need to work on your self confidence hun, easier said than done xx

Totally agree....... your self-worth needs lifting up honey, although not sure how - have you thought about talking to your doctor? He/she may me able to advise you - may even be up for a reasonably long chat with you about it.....

The GP may recommend therapy but you have to be referred and it may take months to get an appointment. Mental well-being is just as important, if not more important, than physical well-being, so I would make an appointment, take your courage in both hands, and go for it.

Agree with Vicki - screw up your courage to the sticking point.. and go. You won't get help unless you ask.

If you don't get help, you might drive BF away

You go for it, darling - I'll be right behind you in spirit, if not in body
