Homing Requirements: Rocky needs a stable family who are there for him. Rocky also needs a secure garden with ideally 6' panel fencing. Rocky is proven with young children and could live with other dogs. He has lived with a cat, but would chase a skittish cat.

His Story: Rocky was a present to the children from their father. They left the dog with a friend whilst they were away, and when the dog escaped, the person looking after it did not claim him. They have decided he would be better not coming back to them. His only vice is that he is full of energy and escapes if the opportunity presents itself. They feel Rocky requires more than they can give him. They were concerned for his welfare if he gets out as they lived near the dual carriageway. Rocky is neutered. He will be vac'd.

Advert: Rocky is just 2 years old with a kind nature and a great character indeed. He was living successfully in a multi-dog/small children /cat household (though he wants to play with the cat and is boisterous for such small children unless they are dog-savvy). Rocky had a social life in his first 2 years of life. He is shocked to find that he escaped to follow his nose and has ended up in trouble (Rescue)! Rocky is a real catch for a family and will capture his forever owners hearts.

Rocky is a medium sized handsome guy. He would love a caring family to offer him walks, games for which he would be ever yours. Rocky will need a secure garden and front door regime until he settles and realises home is where it all happens and it's where his heart truly is.
