Please look at this

I've just received this link from a rottweiler mailing list I'm on. While no-one should feel obliged or anything (obviously! ) please just take a look.

Please help Benny

Scroll down to the "Please help us help Benny" part - it doesn't surprise me what people can do anymore, but 10 minutes in a locked room with them, and I'd be happy

W*nk*rs is all I can say about it

Poor wee dog and what an amazing heart he has.

Arch, what do you know about this rescue centre (I notice they are using a postal address) - want to make sure it's authentic if you know what I mean - sorry not doubting you but always cautious by stuff like this - got stung by it last year by a hoax...a child pretending they were terminally ill and it was uncovered by police to be a hoax.

MC,

I've certainly never heard anything disparaging towards them. The website is hosted by Michigan State University, so I doubt the whole rescue is some sort of con, but obviously I couldn't give any guarantees.

Sad when you can't automatically trust these things. If it's any help, I can ask a friend of mine who runs a rottie rescue in this country if he's heard anything about them.

Thanks Becs, if it's good enough for you to trust then it's good enough for me.

Oh that's awful, poor, poor dog and I feel the same as you Becs,10 mins. in a locked room would do me fine, armed with a few weapons of torture though!

Sorry, but I too like M/c steer well clear of p.o. box numbers - once bitten and all that.

This is heartbreaking Becs.

The @ssholes who did this need locking up with me and a baseball bat.
