I hate smear tests - why can't you get a do-it-yourself smear test

Smear test, weight and blood presure are the main things.

I don't particularly like smear tests, but I make sure I have them regularly. A routine test actually saved my life a few years ago

I hate having a smear too, I go in chatting non-stop, the nurse normally says she wont' check my BP as she can tell I'm nervous.....lol. I have my own BP monitor anyway, so have a day every week checking and recording.......my GP thinks I have white coat high BP, it's only high when I go into the surgery!
