Aw, thanks he has only been away been away 3 hours, but just knowing where he is im missing him I had to go out shopping coz the house just felt so empty.

Good luck with Jake, whatever they're doing with him at the vets, and I hope he's back home soon. Zena's spey wound got infected and it was quite a nightmare for a while, but ab's usually do the job, so good luck Lauren.xxx

Thanks guys, only half an hour until I can call

Yeah, his wound was looking great and healed. Not sure what they will do at the vets, whether they will just stitch that bit back up or the whole thing again...

Called the vets, they said he is ok but they had to put a drain in his wound and he has to go back on monday. I can go pick him up at half 3 though

Thanks claire.

He is glad to be back at home now. He was really lively at first but has since gone a bit sleepy... He has nearly fell over a few times. They took all the stitches out, put a drain in and stitched up the wound again. He no longer has the stitches holding the skin to his side so will try to get a pic later and that will maybe make it more clear where actually got cut.
