I was wondering how it would work with him being brought up by you and then suddenly put in Battersea, he'll be distraught, be horrendous anyway for a young puppy, but he has no litter mates, no mum and knows only you and your family. The thought of it makes me cry for him, so no idea what it would do to you

He's very outgoing, loves the Pugs and Chilli the cat, but hasn't yet met Diesel and Frank. Well he's come face to face with them with a gate between them but those two get so Hyper and wind each other up. Although Diesel is the less nuts of the two I think I'll introduce Frank first as he thinks he's an honorary Pug anyway and he's scared of Tucson lol. Whereas Diesel is more like a steamroller. Funny if the Dobies were still here I'd have no worries introducing them but Diesel and Frank are a bit full on at times.
Give him another couple of weeks and we'll start taking him out and about, being carried obviously. They gave him his first jab about a week ago and he's having 3 in total, he didn't bat an eyelid but they had an outbreak of Parvo and said better safe than sorry.

Rudy or Bruce whichever you prefer has a new home to go to, they haven't met him yet but have been on a waiting list for a while.
So he'll go straight from here to them via Battersea for a final check up but he won't hang around he'll just say his farewells x
Aww pleased for him but we'll miss him but we did our job x

Well done to you, what an amazing job you've done. Going to be a sad parting, but a great testimony to you. Lots of love and hugs to little Rudi in his new life

He still looks far too small to go to me but he's bold and outgoing and house trained to go on pads so he'll be fine, bless him x
It will be sad but ya gotta let go, let's hope she doesn't bring another one home for a while, it's exhausting.

Rudy is off to his new home so here's his final photo shoot, he's said his farewells, packed his bags and gone with a waggy tail.

I have to admit I wasn't at all sure about taking on a pup the day he was born but he was determined to survive. I won't know what to do with myself now Puppies are such great time wasters. I'm chuffed he's gone straight to his new home but must admit I have a tear in my eye but the Pugs are happy to have my undivided attention again.
