freewebs gets the thumbs up from me! :smt023
Its quick and easy to set up, lots of colourful templates, good photo upload and resizing options and site add ons such as polls, guestbook, form submission etc.

when u made your site, was it called Home Page Building?
Freewebs is a really good site for making sites i made a dog site with it.
