Homing Requirements: Percy needs a family with experience in commanding a young large dog. He needs managed introductions with people & dogs and soon trusts and offers his heart. Percy needs support when walking in high dog density area: he is very curious by nature and needs support to settle and relax. Percy would enjoy a medium to large secure garden. Not assessed for cats. Percy need to live as an only pet to benefit from support in his new home.

His Story: Percy was found stray, was unclaimed and so popular with his dog wardens that they asked us especially to help Percy ... our pleasure! Percy is neutered, chipped and vax'd. Percy is currently in boarding kennels near Godstone, Surrey.

Advert: Percy is young and fairly inept. He is a joy. Percy is delighted to meet friends and is easy to manage once proper introductions occur. He settles and delights in play and affection. The same with most dogs, he can be curious initially and a little concerned but soon settles to walk alongside as he trusts. It’s his youth! He still needs guidance and reassurance. Percy travels well and very happily becomes the front passenger navigator!

Percy is around 1 years old and an English bull X Staffie or American Bull. Leggy and definitely in the 'large ' category. Percy does pull with keenness initially on his walks or if something interests him. He seeks to make friends and needs the opportunity to engage and relax in social encounters. A training course would serve as a refresher for his handler and an opportunity for Percy who needs to learn, use his mind and enjoy engagement with his owners.

Please note that this dog is currently in boarding kennels and is also available for foster until a 'forever' home is found.
