Blind Springer Spaniel Delphine, five, was tied by the neck to a pallet of 300 bricks
Read this story and became incredibly angry.
Why leave the dog to die, if you can no longer care for it take it to a dogs rehoming centre.
I can not say what I would do if I came face to face with who ever did this.
