Yes... very interesting... Even the video response showed the dogs tongue curled backwards... uhmmm... lol

I already knew they drank backwards so to say.. I noticed it more when I had the bullmastiffs.. they tend to drink more slowly than the rotties so its easyer to see.. I found there toungues to be wider than the rotties too...

intresting vid though

thats was interesting ....i often wonder why one of mine leaves pools of water all over the floor after she drinks the others don't perhaps her tongue or mouth is smaller or something

Kismet does that too. i have her water bowl on a towel. She loves nothing more than to snap and gobble at her water, sometimes pawing at the bowl then walk away with a mouthful of water and come and rest her slobbery mouf on your knee!
