For Helena

Just to wish you well for your appointment today. Hope you get to see the consultant and that they are of help.

They say the tendency of the body is towards healing; I am seeing that finally gradually so there is hope.

Hand is still semi numb but wrist looks better and there is more easier movement, but this is nerve damage which I am hoping you have been spared.

Prayers from this quiet place; well quiet except for the birds!

Thanks Rose and I hope yours gets more mobile as the days pass and less painful of course.

Thanks Jen, it's actually nice and quiet today which is just how I like it, but that'll all change later won't it when I let them lose in it. I'm hopuing I might get a date for them to release me, I might ask about that.

Good luck Helena wouldn't bank on them letting you go just yet, remember how difficult it was for me to get released from the hospital to the health centre. I hadn't had surgery when you have done a lot of damage they like to see it through to the end or as near as dammit.

I hope they don't want to do too much manipulating today and then upset it again.

I just walked. Too much petrol and too much energy. Best thing I did was that.
