Pru is a 2 year old Bernese Mountain Dog.(Do you know anyone Lynn)

21-05-13 Pru is a 2 year old Bernese Mountain Dog. This beautiful girl was supposed to be a breeding dog but her breeder has now passed her to us to find a pet home so she now has the chance to learn about home life. She will need another resident dog to help her on her way and help her adjust to life as a pet. She will probably need to learn about house training etc but another dog should help her pick this up fairly quickly///

She is lovely, what an adorable smile she has.

I do hope this splendid dog finds a home. Bit of spit and polish and she'll look wonderful. Really hard to imagine how a wonderful breed like this ends up in rescue isn't it?

Why would the breeder hand her over to a general rescue and not to a breed rescue?

She is gorgeous if financially we were better off I would consider her.
She does look like she needs a good groom and yes I am wondering why she hasn't gone to the breed rescue.
I don't know anyone but can contact a rescue co-ordinator and make them aware. I do believe Many Tears had one before and weren't keen on the breed rescue getting involved.
I will inform them though.
