Horses needing homes..

Hey guys, a friend of mine has asked for help in finding homes for horses that belonged to a friend of a friend of hers.

I know very little detail at the moment so bear with me, this is all I have

Thoroughbred horses need homes. Will go to slaughter this sat. Gentleman died & his son wants nothing to do with the horses. Most broodmares , broken in & some in foaling/weaning, 2-3 yrs old, most geldings- free- Contact Chett Wallace 07842 748538.

Apparently it was posted in late January. It went viral on FB (I think it was in America that the horses were) but the horses apparently found homes, and there is a link with info on 2 of them.

http://stonegatefarm-adventuresofjac...d-forever.html

(I hope I can post that link!)

ETA: I have no idea if it is true or not, some people seem to believe it is, others seems to think its a bit fishy...
