Great Dane
Newfoundland
St.Bernard
IWH

By the time Dillon leaves us I will be to old to deal with such large dogs and the Newfie and Saint don't think I could deal with the slobber Dillon is bad enough.
Unless they were maybe oldie rescues of course then I might be tempted but I still think I would stick with Bernese.

Collie for me above all else.

We have had collie crosses in the past, but never a full Welsh job.

Now we are not young enough nor energetic enough to take one on, which is why we ended up choosing a small elderly JRT at Dogs Trust.

Poodle miniature and standard. My husband really really doesn't like them but I think they are great dogs and would love to have one.

Love the look of Redsetters and Dobermans

Redsetters however seems nuts at least the ones I have met are.

Dobermans ... most seem bred small and skinny.....I much prefer the deeper chest bigger boned ones

Most of them in all fairness! I think the only breeds I would have nowdays would be a Parsons Russel, Border Terrier, Rough Collie, Doberman and maybe something small and more chilled when I'm older. But I couldn't handle anything other than "no frills" I've learnt.
