What do you wear in cold weather?

I must be getting old as I'm feeling the cold! Ive got to the stage where im not bothered what I look like as long as I'm warm. Tonight going to dog club I wore:
Long sleeve thermal vest, thermal long johns, jeans, thick knee length socks, jeans, 2 more fleecy tops, fingerless gloves and a woolly coat with a hood plus furry boots. My friend was there and she was wearing leggings, a thin woollen top with scoop neck and short jacket
BRRRRR!
Today I had a parcel delivered and the driver was still in a short sleeve shirt, obviously I'm not as hardy!

Teeshirt spotting is fascinating. We've not had a day yet this winter where we haven't seen someone walking round town in a teeshirt - brrrrrrrrrrrr!

I wear thermals, jeans, thick socks, teeshirt, long sleeved thinner jumper, polo neck thick jumper, thick fleece or a coat if it looks like it might rain.

Bit like the Mitchelin man when I walk, but, hey, I bet I'm a lot warmer than the teeshirt brigade

For walking the dogs, I wear long johns, thick trousers, vest, fleece jumper, fleece waistcoat, really thick coat, hat, thick mittens and a scarf!

Depends where I am going but if it's cold very similar to the above! I am going for a night out on Saturday night so there is a dilemma - what do I wear?! Lol

I've never cared what I look like lol
Always gone for comfort/warmth!

At work I wear long johns, tracksuit bottoms, jeans, 1 pair normal socks, 1 pair thermal socks, furry boots.
Long sleeve thermal vest, normal vest, hoody, feather lined coat, fingerless gloves and a hat (I'm still cold)

It is bitterly cold here today and when I go out I am wearing two pairs of thick socks, jeans, t-shirt, wool jumper, fleece jacket, thick gloves, thermal hat and I have even dug out my scarf today! Oh and neoprene lined wellies too.

Proper knickers, padded bra (got to keep those bits warm ) Leggings, jeans, fluffy socks, t-shirt and a vest (depends how cold) and then a hoodie or jumper. Wellies or walking boots and then my windproof/waterproof/breathable jacket.

I hate being cold, but I can't stand being warm either, I have to be just right and the above makes it so
