Gamble Paid off!

I know I can't afford to show at the moment but it is also my entire social life so I had entered an Open which was held today, as I also had enough petrol in the tank to get there and back.
Apart from being a sunny day, which is always cheering, Deccy behaved very well and was first in his class, BOB then won the Group! This is his 6th Group win. He won prize money and a bag of Arden Grange which he likes so all in all we came home better off than if we hadn't gone. Worth the gamble of squandering part of my food budget!
We also won an AV class out of 12 entries, and 2nd in another AV out of 14 entries.
He has now gone to bed!
That's it until next month when we will do another Open, just to keep our hand (and paw) in and keep me more sane!

It's only a social life in terms of chatting with human beings for a change and shows over here are very friendly, otherwise I might go a week without seeing a soul. No wonder I get cabin fever.....
