White poo? (what causes it?)

I've found quite a few white poo's under a tree in the garden not sure how long it's been there tho

What does it mean if your dogs does a white poo
or is it just because it's old it had quite a flakey texture

sometimes it means the dog has had quite a bit of bone and the white is any calcium that wasn't needed (I think)

and sometimes they do start out brown and stay that way but then turn white when they are old, so I just think that is a decomposing thing, natures way of getting rid??

lol

Unless your dog is getting lots of bones, its more than likely to be old.

Wouldn't have thought it was anything to worry about - Benji had a white poo the other week but he is fine and all the other poos are a nice brown colour again (well as nice as poo can be anyway )
