OH and Clare with Toby, posted this as I'm sure you can tell from the other photos it was nice and sunny, then this mist came rolling in from nowhere, it took only minutes to cover the beach!

Blimey, Roker Beach-that brings back memories! I was a student in Sunderland in the late 80's!
I only used to venture that side of the bridge occasionally on a weekend or nice day. I had a little Labrador cross ( from the Newcastle cat and dog shelter) and we mostly visited Hendon Beach and I remember many a misty morning there, just like in your photo!
