Tumble Dryer update!!

After a lovely letter I sent to the people that sold my sister the faulty tumble and with a lot of assistance from Trading Standards on what to put in the letter, the couple have now agreed to a full refund!

I must say they were very s****y on the phone, but hey, who cares, they sell dodgy goods and they met their match.....lol.
