Bathroom from Ebay Quest

Hi all
Just thought I would share my plan with you all..
I have decided to try to refit my bathroom, bath, shower, sink , loo, taps everything from Ebay and for under £25... so far I have manged to get a sink and pedestal, brass taps and waste for ......£2.50
I think it will be fun .. pack a picnic and my son and off we go to collect our budget bathroom fittings..much more interesting than popping to B&Q and cheaper too
The interesting bit will be when I try to fit them myself

sounds like a laugh just a warning though, all white fittings are not the same colour white, they can come in various shades of white, mind you for £25 who could moan

Thanks Dobie girl thats what I thought .. I will post pics as I get stuff and maybe then of the end job
Good point Griff.. I've got a scale of whiteness.. that came with a teeth whitening set... I wonder if that would work.. or is it more like car paint sort of arctic white, polar white.. identical until you spray the wrong one on your car!!
Thanks.. watch this space

Ellas mum...
My OH wishes I would just go and buy a suite like any normal person would.. but thats just no fun .. I set a low budget so it would make it harder I like a challenge........ I guess I have way too much time on my hands..
At the moment my biggest worry is that a cistern will eat up 1/2 my budget at £8.00 plus P&P.. I did bid & win a toilet at £5.. bit more than I wanted to pay .. but the seller broke it ...soooooo every cloud £22.50 left to spend am off to pick up the sink tomorrow!!

lol well I've got my eye on this at the moment

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...MEWA%3AIT&rd=1

I know it's another sink but well ..... it is nice.... and for a 99p what a bargain and with the remaining £24 I could get a whirlpool bath
