Had a nice day yesterday meeting with Michael and Maca. It was nice to sit in the sunshine and drink coffee and chat.
They came by train to Sawbridgeworth as he has sold his Merc he said he never uses it while living in London. he has joined zip car for £6 a month and you can hire the cars by the hour longer if you want or need for £6 an hour.
We took them to the hotel he had booked then drove in to white roding not far and had lunch at a garden centre there and as we left got a message the hotel couldn't find his booking...... Because they were at the wrong hotel they were bookd in at the Manor of Groves why he thought Downham hall is anyone's guess.
We offered to pick them up and take them over but they had already taken a taxi so we didn't manage to save them expense after all.
I thawed on the way over towards Gorden but boy does he wind me up some days.
Sue it can be so annoying can't it ? The most annoying thing for me is they don't seem to get we are so cross or why.

Just spoken to my mum, apparently my brother has text from Namibia....wonder what's up with him, very out of character

Lovely morning here. Now....what did I predict Cariad would do this morning.....I was right, carefully wee'd round the end of the pad
Been a little walk round and hoping she forgives me soon for yesterday.
A young Romanian couple have taken over what was a not very nice takeaway and it is now a shop. She always comes and makes a fuss of the girls. I had a glut of bones the other week and also gave her some of the food I get, today she came out with a bag of brocolli for me, isn't that lovely of her. I'm getting an order this week and she wants a tray of the beef and tripe, she has two staffies who she says are her babies, she says they go mad for the food and she can see a difference already. She's been spending nearly as much as I do to feed 5 on her two, every month!
Very glad to hear yesterday went well, Lynn, apart from the hotel booking of course, and that Gorden is still breathing

Lovely day here. Teazle walked and have shown son how to make Cornish Fairings so they are now on his to do list. Out to his flat this afternoon so that Barry can help him take some off the bottom of his bedroom door so that he can shut it.
