The whole job thing hasn't been very formal, so that's why it isn't going down a very formal route now. They very obviously have no idea how bad things are for him, even I didn't realise till this afternoon, been there myself and its just awful, he's panicking over his fairly new mortgage and bills and of course his gf has no idea because he won't tell her so its building up inside him. I was hoping he may ring me tonight but hasn't.
