Josh came in to Nessr's care via one of the vets we work with, he is in rescue only becaus he was sold to an 80 year old lady who just found him to be too much. I would say he is more of a working type retriever than a show boy. He is a lovely , walks reasonably well on his lead but needs a home where is training can be continued. He gets on fine with the others here just wants to play , however because he is so bouncy i would say no young kids as he will easily knock them flying.

He is up to date with his jabs, castrated, microchipped flead and wormed.

All NESSR dogs require new families to be homechecked, a vet reference and/or personal reference. In addition you will be required to sign an adoption form and give a donation so that we can continue our work.

Can I cross post onto the ObedienceUK website He could make a good obedience dog

Yes please, more than happy for him to be crossposted, the problem we have is that most folk come looking for a springer from us, so we are not necessarily going to get many takers from the NESSR forum

Done, Goldens are very popular in Obedience & they do love doing something(& the handlers all have a good sense of humour)
