I wouldnt feed Burns at all. Its the most lifeless food Ive ever come across. Just basic ingredients at an inflated price. Made my Dogs skin dry and his fur lifeless and dull.

Did you like it?

Max has had it before Helen and no problems with him.

I did not like Toffee losing weight as he cannot afford to. His weight is good on Fish 4 Dogs. ( Being a whippet he has very little fat anyway.)

Sorry, I was just making a silly joke - when you said 'I tried this', obviously I knew it was your dog and not you but I was having a crazy moment visualising you eating dog food (and pleased that it didn't give you flatulence!)

Ive known quite a few Boxers to lose body on Burns. I will give it a few weeks & see how it goes. Maybe the flatuence will settle down. (One can hope )

I dont know why people persevere with Burns. Its well documented that dogs lose weight and condition on it. There are far better foods on the market these days for less money. If you happen to drop a piece of Burns on the floor it turns into powder immediateley. Its just gutless. James Wellbeloved or Vets Kitchen or Nature Diet, or even Wainwrights are far superior.
