Think even seasoned old hands feel excited when doing it, some years ago there was talk that the KC would supply a type of chequebook for a dog so all you had to do was tear it out and add the name of the show you were entering, the printer could then have a machine that would read the slips and it would speed things up and even save money. But no one wanted that, most thought that filling in the entry form was all part of the enjoyment, so it never happened. When you think about it it should have reduced the length of time between the closing date and the show so perhaps we should forgo the kick we get when filling in the form.
