Help! - problem with Photobucket

I have been using photobucket for a while with no problems but now can't see what I am doing wrong with trying to upload a picture from my computer. It won't give me the option of where to find the picture I want. Doesn't seem to matter what I click on nothing happens. Anyone else having this problem? The page layout is different to the last time I used it so hopefully I am just missing something silly .
